Boarding Fees & Extras

FEES & CHARGES

We charge for the first day and then by the night irrespective of arrival/departure time. So a booking from Friday to Monday would be calculated as: Friday day plus Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
Fees include “Petplan” Vet Insurance*, and we don't charge extra for heating or air-conditioning.
Fees are payable in advance or on departure, as agreed at the time of booking.
We accept cash,  and most Credit or Debit cards. Cheques are no longer accepted.

  • Long stay and 4+ pet discounts are available: please contact us for a quote.

EXTRAS

  • Clipping & Grooming by K9 Clippers is available, please ask when you book in and she can give you a price.
  • Administering medication or feeding a diet provided by you: 25p/dosage.
  • Visiting vet on your instruction: £10 for Elgin only.
  • Worming and/or Flea control: retail cost of treatment + 25p.    
  • Day boarding does not include food, pets must be brought in and picked up within normal hours.

If it is necessary to incur other additional costs during the board (bathing and grooming, special meal preparation etc.) these will be added to the fees due. VAT will be added to all 'extra' charges.

* We will call a vet if we are the slightest concerned about the health of any of our boarders. We will use one of the Elgin Vet practises unless specifically requested not to (in which case all fees will revert to the owner). Board includes up to £1500 of Petplan Health Insurance for conditions not established on arrival. Vet fees not covered will be treated as an Extra. Details available on request.
