We will take every effort to look after the well being, health and safety of your pet whilst you are away, and try to make your pets stay a happy one, but all pets are boarded entirely at their owners risk. You can access some Frequently Asked Questions here.

1.) Abandonment
All pets not picked up within seven days of the stated departure date will be deemed to have been abandoned. We have the right to rehome, or otherwise dispose, of these pets, and hold the owner liable for all additional costs.

2.) Belongings
We will make every effort to return these to you. However, all belongings are left on the premises entirely at the clients risk. Any bedding brought in should be clean. We will throw out belongings which have become excessively damaged. (No bean bags please!)

3.) Booking Cancellations
Must be made at least 7 days before arrival date and confirmed in writing or by e-mail. Un-cancelled bookings will be liable for full payment.

4.) Fees & Charges from December 2009
We charge for the first day, then per night. (In other words Friday to Monday charge is 4 'units' : Friday day plus Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights).

Fees are payable in advance or on departure, as agreed at the time of booking. We accept cash, cheques with a bank card, and most Credit/ Debit cards.

 

DOGS : 1st Dog £ 8.90.     2nd Sharing Dog  £ 6.90.     3rd Sharing Dog £ 4.90  

CATS  : 1st Cat £ 5.50.      2nd Sharing Cat  £ 4.25.      3rd Sharing Cat £ 3.50     Long stay and 4+pet discounts are available: please contact us for a quote.

Extras : Shampoo & Grooming from £15.00, ask when you book in and we can give you a price. Medication: 25p/dosage. Collecting repeat prescriptions, food etc: £10 for IV30 area, £20 out with IV30 area. Worming/Flea treatment: retail cost + 25p.     If it is necessary to incur other additional costs during the board (bathing and grooming, special meal preparation etc.), these will be added to the fees due.

6.) Health
We must be made aware of any medical conditions your pet has, and you should give full details of medication or other treatment on arrival. We will call out your specified Vet (when possible) if we have the slightest concern about the health of your pet. We cover your pet for up to £1500 of 'Petplan' Health Insurance whilst here. This does not cover pre-existing conditions. Further details available on request.

7.) Hours of Business
Pets will only be released during our stated Opening Hours. Any special arrangements are at the discretion of the staff, but will incur additional charge -an extra day board plus £7.50. Our regular opening times are given at the top of the page, on Local holidays we are open till 10.30am. We operate limited times over the Christmas holidays (See 'News' for details).

8.) Security
Cats must arrive in a secure basket. Warning: we have loose chickens, and our own cats and dogs live here so : ALL Dogs MUST be brought in on a lead. Staff will not handle loose pets.

We will not allow pet visitors, or your own dog walker to turn up, unless by prior arrangement.

9.) Vaccination
Proof of vaccination must be provided. No pet will be accepted without this, or a letter of dispensation from your Vet. Cats must be vaccinated against Feline Respiratory Disease and Feline Enteritis. Dogs must be vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis. We do not insist on Bordetella vaccination.
