The Kennels
Our kennels provide an excellent home from home, all within a properly designed, fully insulated building. Every unit is provided with a bed, blanket, heater and there is access to an outside covered run.
The kennel day starts with breakfast for those regularly given it. After the staff have cleaned the runs the dogs can enjoy a walk (on a lead) through our extensive grounds, and there is also a large enclosure for off-lead games. If you’d like to book a hydrobath and groom prior to departure please do so at reception!
The evening meal is prepared before the Kennels close for business, and a final check is made later in the evening before the dogs are shut in.
We have extensive experience with medications, including insulin injection, and keep detailed records for each dogs stay. Please advise us when you make the booking, and don’t forget to bring the medication.
We stock most popular complete foods and a variety of tinned meats which we will use, unless your dog is on a special or prescription diet.
You can bring in a familiar blanket or jersey to help settling in, and toys and extra treats if you want.
Dogs must be vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis. We do not insist on Bordetella vaccination. Our fees include Vet Insurance, and our Terms of Board are available HERE.
